The intellectual core of the GSA is the Global Seminar Projects. Beginning on day 1, GSA students work as 4 to 6-member teams to complete a rigorous piece of original research or an original development project. On the last day of the School, the teams present the results of their work in a Symposium and Poster Session that is the highlight of the month. The projects completed in 2009 are listed below.
